Dude theres like ALOT and I mean ALOT of Filipinos in the navy, so if you were Filipino you wouldnt havent people stare whisper, cause the Filipinos are tight in the navy.

No, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being Asian. It's not even the military. What is weird is seeing an Asian in the pan handle of Florida or more famously known as the "Red Neck Riviera." I know because I go work over at the Eglin Air Force Base sometimes and I know exactly what you are talking about. What can I say? They probably think you're a foreigner in an American uniform. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear, but people can be really screwed up in the head especially in the "South." Don't let it get to you. People can just be really stupid.

Not unless U think there is! Ur really brave for being in the military so I'm guessing ur a great person who wants to fight for the good of your country. Don't change cuz people stare, someone's always gonna stare. Be who U r unless that person is not who YOU want to be! Yeah, I'm deep but I'm real and I'm right! Be the true You, no matter what, I know I'll be!
